FAQ

How far in advance do I have to book? 

  • We recommend booking atleast 2 weeks in advance, however we can accommodate requests with later notice if availability allows. For weddings, corporate gatherings and larger scale events we suggest booking 1-2 months in advance.

Do you require a deposit? 

  • Yes, we require a 30% non refundable deposit (via separate payment link/invoice) due at time of booking to secure event date and time. Once deposit is paid, we will email you with an approved booking confirmation, invoice receipt and will then proceed with further custom details of the cart and menu selection as we get closer to the event date! The remaining balance will be due 1-2 weeks prior to your event date, dependent upon when you booked. An invoice with remaining payment due will be sent to your email. Unfortunately, failure to pay remaining balance within the given time frame will result in booking cancellation. 
What type of events does ACC Co. service?
  • We can accommodate a diverse range of events including weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, corporate events, real estate open houses, brunches, pop up events, game nights and much more. We are here for you no matter the occasion. Life is about celebrating the big AND small wins!

How does ACC Co. accommodate dietary needs and restrictions for my loved ones and I? 

  • Our company takes all dietary needs, restrictions and allergies into great consideration. We offer vegan and gluten free options if requested. We also will inquire about specific allergies during booking to ensure the safety of you and your guest.

What areas do you serve? 

  • We travel throughout all of Connecticut, no travel fee! However, ACC is willing to travel to surrounding states including New york, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Jersey. Travel fees will be discussed and applied depending on distance at the time of booking and consultation.
